Greeshma Gadikota  – Cornell University
Lowering the Carbon Footprint of Cement
Dr. Greeshma Gadikota is an Associate Professor and Croll Sesquicentennial Fellow in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering with a field appointment in the Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Cornell University. Dr. Gadikota directs the Sustainable Energy and Resource Recovery Group. She held postdoctoral research associate appointments at Princeton University and Columbia University, and a research associate appointment at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Her PhD in Chemical Engineering and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Operations Research are from Columbia University. Her BS in Chemical Engineering is from Michigan State University. She is a recipient of the DOE, NSF and ARO CAREER Awards, Sigma Xi Young Investigator Award, Cornell Engineering Research Excellence Award, and the Inaugural Cornell Rising Women Innovator Award to list a few.

Charles Russo – University of Dayton
State Action, Social Media and the Supreme Court
Charles Russo is the Joseph Panzer Chair in Education in the UD School of Education and Health Sciences, Director of its Ph.D. Program, and Research Professor of Law in the UD School of Law. The 1998-99 President of the Education Law Association, and 2002 recipient of its McGhehey (Achievement) Award, Russo has authored or co-authored more than 325 articles in peer-reviewed journals; authored, co-authored, edited, or co-edited 73 books, and has more than 1,100 publications focusing on issues in Education Law. He has spoken extensively on issues in Education Law in the United States and other countries. In addition, he edits two academic journals and has serves on more than one dozen editorial boards.

Lee Ann Rawlins Williams – University of North Dakota
Teachers Have Feelings Too: Fostering Mental Health Support in Education
Lee Ann Rawlins Williams, PhD, CRC, CFLE is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Education, Health, and Behavior Studies Department at the University of North Dakota. She serves as Program Director of Undergraduate Rehabilitation and Human Services Program. Dr. Williams has extensive academic experience working with programs focusing on disability and rehabilitation at various universities. In addition, her professional experiences include work in the field of rehabilitative health sciences, rehabilitation counselor education, student services, training, and development. Dr. Williams has held a variety of leadership positions at the local, state, regional, national, and international levels for professional rehabilitation associations. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored two books focusing on case and caseload management.

Steven Barnett – Rutgers University
COVID’s Effects on Preschool Children’s Learning
Board of Governors Professor of Education at Rutgers, Dr Steven Barnett is co-Director of the US National Institute for Early Education. His work focuses on public policies to support early learning and child development, including the economics of early education. Jay Zagorsky – Boston University
Living Without a Bank Account
Jay Zagorsky is an economist who teaches at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.  This summer he taught his 10,000th Boston University student.  Professor Zagorsky has published three books and is working on his fourth entitled “The Power of Cash: Why Using Paper Money Is Good For You and Society.”  This is his sixth piece on “The Academic Minute.”
