Mr.Powers:
Upon hearing your Academic Minute segment re: college for criminals, I was flabbergasted. Although I am sure the statistical data all point toward a positive direction for education/job placement within the prison system, I can’t help but think about all the working and middle class families who struggle to pay their children’s exorbitant tuition. Tax dollars used for those who have broken the law, paid by those who haven’t, is just wrong.
