Professor Aggarwal is a globally renowned expert in the field of finance. She specializes in financial markets and regulation, market microstructure, capital raising, IPOs, ETFs, short term funding markets, corporate governance, institutional investors, and digital assets. She has had tremendous impact at the intersection of financial markets and policy globally having advised several countries. Outside of teaching, she has been a FINRA Academic Fellow, an Academic Fellow at the U.S. SEC, and a Visiting Research Scholar at the IMF, World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on the Future of Financing and Capital, Fulbright Scholar to Brazil, Distinguished Scholar at the Reserve Bank of India’s CAFRAL, and was awarded the Pembroke Visiting Professorship in International Finance at the University of Cambridge.

Amanda S. Marcy, Ph.D., assistant professor of accounting at The University of Scranton, has twice received the Curt Verschoor Ethics Feature of the Year Award from the Institute of Management Accountants’ Committee on Ethics and Strategic Finance for research articles she has co-authored. She serves as moderator of Scranton’s Nu Kappa chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, which was recognized for multiple years with Gold Chapter status by the international honor society for financial information students and professionals, A Certified Public Accountant, Dr. Marcy was named assistant professor of accounting at Scranton in 2018 and previously served as a faculty specialist in the department. She is a three-time graduate of The University of Scranton, having earned her bachelor’s degree, MBA and Ph.D. from Scranton.

Emily Rogalski – University of Chicago
Unlocking the Secrets of SuperAgers
Dr. Rogalski is the Rosalind Franklin Professor of Neurology and the Director of the Healthy Aging & Alzheimer’s Care (HAARC) Center at the University of Chicago. Her multimodal research focuses on two aging perspectives: primary progressive aphasia (PPA), in which neurodegenerative disease invades the language network, and SuperAging, in which 80+-year-olds are resistant to memory decline associated with aging. Her PPA research helps characterize its clinical and anatomical features, drivers of disease progression, identification of risk factors, and refinement of cognitive neuroscience of language. She leads a global randomized controlled trial for Communication Bridge, a novel nonpharmacologic intervention delivered via telemedicine for individuals with PPA. She operationalized the SuperAging phenotype and leads the international SuperAging Research Initiative, which holds promise for identifying protective factors for avoiding AD, optimizing health span, and reducing aging stigma.

Rune Iversen is Associate Professor of Archaeology at the University of Copenhagen. His research focuses on the European Neolithic, including migrations, cultural interactions, art, and iconography. He is deeply engaged in cross-disciplinary research where the migration aspect of the Neolithization of Europe and the later Neolithic is a central aspect of his collaboration with geneticists and linguists. He is also principal editor of the international Open Access Danish Journal of Archaeology.

Dr. Adam Jussel serves as the Dean of Students for University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where he helps assist with student advocacy and engagement, support resources, including basic needs, crisis management, and campus healing initiatives. Before UWM, Adam was the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Conduct at Washington State University. He previously represented WSU as an assistant attorney general, and has a certification in higher education law and policy from NASPA Adam served as a faculty member for the Foundations Track at the 2018 Gehring Academy, and has been fortunate to speak at a number of conferences about how to better serve students, including the National Conference on Law and Higher Education, University of Vermont Legal Issues Conference, the Higher Education Alcohol Other Drug & Wellness Summit, and the National Conference on Campus Sexual Assault and Violence. Adam was also a member of NASPA’s Culture of Respect CORE Constructs Advisory Board, advising NASPA on creating best practices regarding sex and gender based violence. Adam is also a faculty member for higher education law and policy at Marquette University. Adam received his juris doctorate from Seattle University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from California Lutheran University. He is a member of the Washington bar..
