Lior Shamir featured on The Best of Our Knowledge

As always, host Bob Barrett selects an Academic Minute to air during The Best of Our Knowledge.

For this week‘s edition (#1298), Bob has selected Lior Shamir’s segment the growing creativity of computers. A professor of a professor of computer science at Lawrence Technological University, Dr. Shamir’s work involves the improvement of the artificial intelligence of computers.

Lior Shamir is an associate professor of computer science at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tel Aviv University, and his Ph.D in computational science from Michigan Technological University. He was a research fellow at the National Institute of Aging.
